The Atlanta Beer, BBQ & Bourbon Festival takes place Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 12 to 6 p.m. at 20th St. NW Atlanta 30363 just behind Atlantic Station.
This is the city’s Favorite Smoked Meat Onslaught and it is returning to kick off Atlanta festival season. This is the Atlanta Beer, BBQ & Bourbon Festival’s 5th Annual PORK-OUT in Atlantic Station. COME AND JOIN US!

Get ready to enjoy all those pleasures that true Southerners live by – Beer, Bourbon, Barbeque, Boots, Bacon, Biscuits, Bluegrass and Smoked Beasts! It’s a great day of beer sippin’, bourbon tastin’, music listenin’, cigar smokin’, and barbeque eatin’. Your admission buys you a sampling glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE –TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon.

Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival 2019 will be held at Atlantic Station at 1380 Atlantic Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30363. Here is a map to help you get there.

The 4th Annual (2019) Georgia Tiny House Festival will be held March 1-3, 2019, and this time we are making it even bigger and more exciting! (As if that was even possible!)
As with all our events, the 2019 (4th Annual) Georgia Tiny House Festival® will be unique to itself and offer activities, workshops, lectures and tiny houses not seen or available at any other tiny house event!
New to the 2019 Georgia Tiny House Festival is that we are at a new location bigger and better location and more suitable for supporting our ever-growing Georgia Tiny House Festival!
Something also new to the 2019 Georgia Tiny House Festival is the 3-Day Hands-On Skoolie Build Workshop. Registered participants will have hands-on opportunities and personal instruction from some of the biggest names and most respected experts in the skoolie/bus conversion community in the arenas of Seat & Interior Panel Removal, Window Removal & Resealing, Framing & Wood-to-Metal Fabrication, Basic Electrical Wiring, Basic Flex Plumbing, Solar Applications, and MORE! Come celebrate Carnaval all weekend long at Buteco in Atlanta. The festivities begin on Saturday, March 2 and don’t end until Sunday, March 3, 2019.
Butec is located at 1039 Grant Street Southeast #suite c-10 Atlanta, GA 30315.
Buteco’s Carnaval celebration will run the following days:
- FRIDAY – MARCH 1ST | 7PM
- SATURDAY – MARCH 2ND | 7PM
- SUNDAY – MARCH 3RD | 1PM
There will be free admission for Carnaval weekend. There will also be capoiera, live samba, dancers, drinks and food specials.

Atlanta is one of the cities selected by Sprint that will receive 5G technology in the first half of 2019, the cell phone carrier says. Atlanta is getting 5G as competition for the service heats up among the other networks.
Sprint’s greatly expanded Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) partnership with Google means metro Atlanta’s Google Fi customers will also enjoy 5G services.
Sprint, Google to bring 5G internet speed in Atlanta
5G is super-fast internet service that will increase webpage-loading times as well as the speed and resolution of video content. It will reportedly be 10 times faster than 4G.
Atlanta is getting 5G as one of nine cities, along with Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix and Washington, D.C.
“We are incredibly excited to expand our existing relationship with Google to include 5G,” said Jan Geldmacher, president of Sprint Business. “This announcement also showcases our dedication to collaborating with Google as we prepare to launch one of the world’s first mobile 5G networks covering multiple major cities.”

Marsha Ambrosius is bringing her soulful sounds to Atlanta’s City Winery for a series of two shows in March 2019. Ambrosius will play the venue on successive nights, March 12 and 13. City Winery is located at 650 North Avenue NE Ste 201, Atlanta, Ga. 30308.
The British singer grew to fame as one half of the R&B/soul group Floetry, where Ambrosius would sing melodies while her partner recited poetry.
