The Foxeria del Sol Hatch Chile Fest is both an annual harvest celebration of fresh chiles Hatch, New Mexico and a fundraiser for Hogs for the Cause.
The festival will run from 4 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person and include festival entry and unlimited access to food stations.

The Hatch Chile Fest is a one-day, block party style festival that will take place at Taqueria del Sol’s westside location at 1200-B Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Here’s a map to help you find it.

All proceeds from Foxeria del Sol will go to benefit Hogs for the Cause, a leading nonprofit organization that issues cost of living grants to families with children suffering from pediatric brain cancer in the United States.

The Deer and The Dove is now open for business on the Decatur Square next week. Its sister restaurant, B-Side, has opened its doors as well.
Both concepts come from Atlanta Chef Terry Koval, who has assembled an all-star culinary team to run the operations.
What to know about the Deer and The Dove
The Deer and The Dove focuses on dinner and weekend bunch while B-Side serves breakfast and lunch.
The Deer and The Dove concentrates on seasonally driven dishes served on small plates accompanied by local cheeses, chef cured meats and fresh-baked breads.
What’s on the menu at the Deer and The Dove?
Full plates will include such hits as Whole Wood Roasted Bramlett Farm Trout with kale florets, green coriander cream, sweetbreads and nasturtium powder.
Also on the menu will be the D&D Grilled Burger with thyme aioli, chanterelle mushrooms, gouda and truffle cheese, crispy shallots and salted egg yolk on a brioche bun and a Comfort Farms Bone-In Dry Aged Ribeye, served with a housemade anchovy & grilled onion relish and beef fat potatoes.
What to know about B-Side restaurant in Decatur
Inside B-Side, patrons can experience breakfast and lunch sandwiches that call to mind a New York-style bodega. That’s where customers will be able to enjoy Atlanta’s only wood-fired bagels, salads, soups and more.

Atlanta has made yet another distinguished list, and this time it’s a bittersweet fact. The city is among the places where you can earn six-figures and still be broke.
The figures come from a report by MagnifyMoney, which analyzed data from the largest 100 metropolitan ares in the United States. They also did a deep dive into variables that impact disposable income.

The conclusion? Location matters. Overall, East Coast and West Coast families have less disposable income compared to other U.S. households.
MagnifyMoney based its case study on a family topping $8,333 per month in gross income. To come up with the figures, they subtracted the family’s monthly expenses, debt and savings.
