Atlanta is on the list of cities where you can find single men, but it’s pretty far down. LendingTree recently did a survey on America’s Best Cities For Single Men.
This information is valuable for people looking at places with high populations of single males, perhaps to move there or to explore the dating scene.
How Atlanta Ranks Among Cities With Single Men
Whatever the case, Atlanta came in #71 among cities with single men. Now, I know you may be thinking that’s pretty low, but the city has plenty of fish in the sea that don’t “claim” to be single.
The rankings were compiled from considering a number of variables, like culture, entertainment, safety and demogarphics, LendingTree says.
Who’s #1? Madison, Wisc., according to LendingTree. Hartford, Conn., Albany, N.Y., came in #2 and #3 on the list.
The good news is that Atlanta is not Memphis, which came in dead last for single men.
Here are America’s best cities for single men

Another new Atlanta restaurant has opened in Atlanta’s West Midtown corridor. Aziza opened its doors on Thursday, July 26 in the Westside Provisions District.
The eatery is the second concept from Oliva Restaurants, which brought us the award-winning Italian market and wine bar Bellina Alimentari in Ponce City Market.
Aziza set to open in Westside Provisions District in Atlanta
Aziza restaurant focuses on traditional Israeli cuisine made from fresh ingredients.
Aziza, which means “happiness” in Arabic, comes from owner Tal Postelnik Baum, who was born and raised in Israel.
Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Brandon Hughes, a Macon native.
“Over the past few years, Atlanta has become more and more recognized as an international culinary destination,” Hughes says in a written statement.” You don’t have to look far to experience almost any kind of cuisine. One exception, however, until now, is elevated Israeli cuisine. Aziza is here to change that.”
“I am thrilled to bring guests a modern take on the Israeli experience that Tal grew up with. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with powerful, complex flavors that will leave guests wanting to discover more.”
What’s on the menu at Aziza?
The restaurant features a menu designed around the Israeli tradition of sharing and bring together patrons for a meal that utilizes all of their senses. Aziza’s culinary offerings will be a true crossroads of culture with influences from across the Middle East.
The full menu will explore the non-traditional side of Israeli cuisine with modern spins inspired by local ingredients and Chef’s personal take on Israeli dishes.
“Aziza will be a wonderful addition to Atlanta’s already incredible dining scene. We plan to fully celebrate Israeli food and culture in a fun and welcoming atmosphere,” Baum said. “I wanted to create a space that highlights the dishes that I grew up with and those that many may not necessarily be familiar with. Diners will experience exciting, complex yet ethnic flavors and leave feeling as if they’ve just been welcomed into someone’s home in Israel.”
Baum plans to continue her expansion in Atlanta with the opening of a third restaurant, Rina, this fall. The Israeli street food concept will open along the Eastside BeltLine trail in the Ford Factory Lofts, across from Ponce City Market.
Atlanta has a lot of inspirational people and AtlantaFi.com is going to introduce you to many of them as well as cool places to go, great restaurants and other ATL happenings.

It’s not a stretch to say that Atlanta is a music mecca slightly below the pedigree of Detroit’s Motown era. That’s just how hot Atlanta’s music scene is.
The reason for the heat is because of all the Atlanta artists that have charted not just in recent years, but over the past two decades!
Here are the Atlanta artists with new music
Now, there is a whole crop of new Atlanta artists with new music for the times. You can hear it on the streets, in the cars and in the clubs.
Lil Nas X
Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” is proving to be one of the greatest songs of all time. Not only is it the only song to ever go platinum while still #1, but the Atlanta artist continues to pump out remixes. Could Dolly Parton actually jump on the track?
Young Thug
Post Malone and Young Thug’s “Goodbyes” is a major mover on the Billboard charts.
Young Thug (again)
J. Cole, Young Thug and Travis Scott have a banger on their hands with “The London.” Could it have the makings of a summer anthem?
Mustard & Migos
If “Pure Water” is what they’re drinking nowadays, there’s no wonder Migos continues to be one of the hottest rap groups in the game.
Cardi B
Living in Atlanta now with her husband and new child, Cardi B is adding to Atlanta’s musical powers with “Press,” her latest single.
Summer Walker
Summer Walker and Drake’s “Girls Need Love” is still in heavy rotation for summer 2019!!’

One of the most intriguing and enduring plotlines in all of reality TV is the trials and tribulations of Kirk and Rasheeda Frost of “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta.”
In the span of a couple years, the couple have had to deal with fame, celebrity, infidelity and even a new baby outside of the marriage.
Kirk & Rasheeda: A Love & Hip Hop Atlanta timeline
Kirk and Rasheeda were pretty much like any other couple on “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” when they first appeared on the show.
Then one episode, things got interesting when Kirk started hanging out with Benzino. The next thing you know he was in a hot tub with a few women, one in particular who seemed to relish the attention.
This plotline played out for a whole season and even carried on into the next one, until there were more inklings of cheating from Kirk.
After hanging out with Yung Joc at a bar / club, a young woman claimed to be pregnant with his child. And that became the #1 plotline on #LHHATL.
“What happened at the lake? What do I need to know about?” Rasheeda asked him. “I was drunk,” Kirk responded.
“So you really think this was worth it?” Rasheeda said, herself wholly pregnant.
“Be gone!” she said. And things got to their worst point.
Here is how it all played out on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta:
In the midst of all this, baby Carter is born. Rasheeda’s newborn puts her in a mood to reconcile for the sake of her family.
But then Kirk goes and does a DNA test behind Rasheeda’s back.
“How dare you question my loyalty. I’m over Kirk,” she said. For Kirk’s part, he acknowledges that things have been a little cold at home.
After a while, Kirk knows that he has put his wife through a lot with all the Ashley Nicole drama. But he aims to make it up to her with a new store in Lenox Square mall.
But Kirk starts trippin’ again. This time, baby drama comes up when another girl says she’s pregnant with his baby.
Jasmine lets the cat out of the bag and the confrontation goes down with Yung Joc and Karlie Redd. Karlie then takes it upon herself to meet up with her.
“He moved her into ya’ll’s old building. She’s met Carter and she’s hung out with y’all’s family,” Karlie told Rasheeda.
Of course, Kirk denies it all.
The drama is thick! But then Rasheeda and Jazmine get to talk in the club. Jasmine told her: “I didn’t know what I was destroying … I’ll be the first to say that I wish I would have never did that.”
After the hurt feelings, subsided Kirk and Rasheeda decided to keep rocking. And the show got better.
For the new season, Rasheeda came clean with a shocker: She had cheated on Kirk.
The other castmates seem surprised by this, but Rasheeda lets them know that it was a one-time thing and that she and Kirk were good.
Watch: Rasheeda says she cheated on Kirk
