Obviously, you don’t want to go a long time with a cracked screen, so you’ll want to know where to take your device for cell phone repair. but first..
How Much Does It Cost To Repair A Phone Crack?
If you’ve cracked the screen of your phone, you may be worried about an expensive repair, but it doesn’t have to be. It really depends on how much you paid for the phone.
If you’ve paid $250 for a refurbished phone, then what it costs to repair it may be cost prohibitive. But if you’ve paid over $1,000 for a phone, then the $75 it costs to repair the screen makes great sense.
Is It Worth Fixing A Phone Screen?
Determining whether it’s worth it to fix a phone screen depends on your budget and your plans for the future.

On a frigid night in Indianapolis, the Georgia Bulldogs found themselves down by five points in the fourth quarter after their quarterback, Stetson Bennett, gave the ball away on an inexplicable fumble.
But Bennett, who had yet to completely win over a sizeable portion of Bulldogs Nation, refused to fold under pressure.
Georgia Beats Alabama, Wins College Football Championship
“After that fumble, I told myself I wasn’t going to be the reason we lose this game,” he said in postgame comments.

The other is Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher.“I love Kirby,” Saban said after the game. “I think Kirby has a lot of respect for us. He did a great job for us for a long time. If we had to lose a national championship, I’d rather lose one to one of the former assistants who certainly did a great job for us and has done a great job for his program and his team.”

Delta Air Lines is mandating new employee guidelines when it comes to calling in sick in light of the CDC’s new policies.
According to the New York Times, “The airline’s new policy, dated Tuesday, provides five days of paid leave for workers who test positive for the coronavirus to isolate, according to an internal communication to company leaders obtained by The New York Times. And it encourages, but does not require, a Covid test to go back to work, going a step further than the C.D.C. guidance, which does not include a recommendation for additional testing. ”
Delta Air Lines is also requiring all new hires to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, the airline said in a memo.
The airline industry is trying to climb back after a lackluster year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One way to do that is to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
Delta is one of the best employers in Atlanta so this is a significant development for would-be employees.
Applying For A Job At Delta? Here Are The COVID Rules
Delta is taking steps to ensure a safe environment for all employees as well as customers by requiring all of its employees to be fully vaccinated.
Here’s Delta’s memo in part:
As of today, May 17, receiving the COVID-19 vaccination will be a condition of employment at Delta Air Lines, Inc. for all U.S. ground new hires unless you qualify for an accommodation. If you receive a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine before your start date with plans to be fully vaccinated. We will provide more details on how to provide receipt of your vaccination at that time.
At Delta, the safety of our people and our customers is a top priority and part of our core values. This vaccination requirement is an important move to protect our workforce and ensure we can safely operate as demand returns, as we accelerate through recovery and into the future.
Along with several other of the major airlines, Delta is requiring passengers to be aware of the following health protocols:
- Face Coverings: Assurance that all passengers have a face covering and wear it at the airport and on board.
- Symptoms: Assurance that the passenger is not experiencing a fever, which is essentially a temperature (38C/100.4F or higher), coughing, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, chills, muscle pain and/or sore throat.
- Exposure – Assurance that the passenger has not had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or had symptoms in the last 14 days.
Is It Time To Travel?
If you’re wondering whether now is the time to travel, here’s what to know about flying in COVID.

The Omicron variant continues to spread across the United States, including right here in Atlanta. If you feel sick, remember to call your doctor and schedule an appointment. This article is going to tell you what Omicron symptoms you should look out for as well as what to do if you feel ill.
Omicron Variant: Here’s What You Should Know
There is a lot of misinformation out there, so for this article, we’ve relied on the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) for guidance.
In large cities like Atlanta and others, the Omicron variant is spreading more easily than the original SARS-CoV-2 virus and that’s because it’s more contagious.
What Are The Omicron Symptoms?
While health organizations across the world continue to study the illnesses, Omicron symptoms are based on whether you’re vaccinated or not, according to CDC data. If you’ve had the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and catch Omicron, you’re likely to experience the following symptoms:
- Sore throat
- Fatigue
- Muscle pain
If you’ve had the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you’re like to experience the following symptoms:
- Tiredness
- Weakness
- Shortness of breath
- Cough
The CDC is on record as having a clinical preference for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines over the J&J, mainly due to the latter’s less stellar performance against the variants.
Can Vaccinated People Still Get Omicron?
Yes, fully vaccinated people, including those who have gotten a booster shot, can still catch omicron. The CDC calls these “breakthrough infections,” and this has been the case with the Delta variant and will likely be so with others.
With that being said, vaccines continue to be effective at preventing severe illness, hospitalizations, and death, according to the CDS. The speed at which Omicron is spreading underscores the importance of vaccination and boosters.
What To Do If You Think You Have Omicron
If you’re not feeling well and you suspect that you might have Omicron, the main thing is to not panic. Here are the simple steps you should take, according to the CDC:
Keep Track Of Your Symptoms
It’s very important that you monitor your symptoms so that you can accurately describe what you’re feeling to medical professionals or family members.
Do you have a cough? Does it hurt to breathe? Try to document as much about your experience as you can.
Isolate Yourself
Keep yourself and others safe by staying at home, except to get medical care.
This is not the time to carry on with business as usual. Don’t go to public places like the supermarket or ride public transportation, including Uber.
Contact Your Close Contacts
If your case has been confirmed, it’s a good idea to reach out to your close contacts and let them know that they may have been exposed.
Should You Go To The Doctor?
In many cases, COVID can be managed at home with proper rest, ample fluids and helpful vitamins and nutrients. When you’re starting to feel severely sick, you should go to your local clinic or hospital, especially if you experience any of the following:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion
- Inability to wake or stay awake
- Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin ton
Final Word
Preventative measures are still the best thing you can do in a pandemic. Like all the variants, even if you are vaccinated or don’t have symptoms, you can still spread omicron to others, so it’s imperative that you continue to:
- Wear a mask.
- Social distance.
- Wash your hands.
Continue to stay safe indoors as well as outdoors. Nurture your mental and emotional health as well.
