ATLANTA, May 18, 2026 — Rōti Modern Mediterranean®, the fast-casual Mediterranean concept that is part of Atlanta-based Edible Brands®, is deepening its roots in its home market while marking its international debut. The brand is launching a new delivery-first kitchen in Smyrna as part of its Atlanta expansion and celebrating the first-ever Global Rōti Day on May 19.
This local growth moment coincides with the opening of three delivery-first kitchens in London, creating a unified global brand celebration that highlights Rōti’s flexible, market-driven expansion strategy.
Global Rōti Day Brings Bold Mediterranean Flavor to Atlanta Guests
Global Rōti Day offers guests across markets a chance to experience Rōti’s customizable bowls, salads, and wraps filled with fresh, vibrant Mediterranean ingredients. In Atlanta and surrounding areas, the celebration includes:
- Buy-One-Get-One chef-curated bowl offer (available in-store, online, via the Rōti app, and on third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub).
- The first 50 guests at traditional storefront locations will receive a limited-edition Rōti tote bag plus a free beverage for a year.
- Spin wheel giveaways with prizes such as free hummus and pita, branded T-shirts, cookies, or $3 off future entrées.
- $5 off future orders for guests using the new Smyrna delivery-first kitchen (and London locations) via the app or online.
Guests are encouraged to share their experiences on social media with #ShowUsHowURōti.
Atlanta Focus Fuels Smart Growth
“Atlanta is about building depth in a market we not only work in, but live in and believe in,” said Matthew Walls, president and chief stores officer of Edible Brands. “What makes Rōti work is simple: bold food, real hospitality, and consistency every time. Global Rōti Day gives people in Atlanta and beyond a great reason to try us — and once they do, they connect with the food and the people behind it.”
Rōti’s Atlanta expansion reflects a flexible approach that mixes traditional restaurants with delivery-first kitchens. This model allows the brand to efficiently meet guests where they are — whether through in-store visits or popular delivery apps — while maintaining high-quality, consistent experiences. The Smyrna location strengthens Rōti’s presence in a key metro area for the Atlanta-headquartered company.
Part of a Growing Atlanta-Based Portfolio
Rōti Modern Mediterranean was founded in 2007 in Chicago and acquired by Edible Brands in 2025. As part of the Atlanta-based portfolio that also includes Edible Arrangements® and edibles.com®, Rōti benefits from shared operational strengths while preserving its distinct Mediterranean identity.
“Rōti is a big part of where we are going as a company,” said Somia Farid Silber, CEO of Edible Brands. “We’re building a platform that brings relevant food experiences to how people eat and connect today. Global Rōti Day is a perfect example of how we introduce the brand to new guests while scaling thoughtfully across markets and formats.”

Grana, a new Atlanta restaurant that specializes in casual Italian cuisine, is set to open in early 2020 between Morningside and Buckhead, AtlantaFi has learned.
The Piedmont Heights restaurant will feature wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, housemade pastas, authentic Italian dishes and more.
Grana comes to us from the culinary mind of Chef Pasquale “Pat” Pascarella, who opened The White Bull restaurant in Decatur.
Grana Brings Italian American Cuisine To Buckhead
“I’m excited to bring Atlanta authentic Italian dishes that are reminiscent of my childhood,” says Pascarella. “Rather than serving inventive takes on traditional specialties, our emphasis is going to be on providing well-executed dishes that are true to Italian tradition. We want to give our guests consistent, approachable food in a casual, laid-back atmosphere.”
Here’s 5 Things To Know About New Atlanta Restaurant Grana
- A comfortable, neighborhood feel, relaxed and inviting dining room
- Two wood-fired Marra Forni brick pizza ovens in the dining room
- Up-close look at dough and pizza-making processes
- A mezzanine dining level + rooftop hangout overlooking Piedmont Avenue
- Rooftop bar, soft seating and fire pits in cooler months
What’s On The Menu At Grana in Atlanta?
Grana’s authentic Italian menu will feature locally sourced ingredients as well as some from Italy. Patrons can expect housemade pastas, a special meatball program, seasonal vegetable sides and a selection of signature Italian entrees, including family recipes from Chef Pat’s Italian-American upbringing.
A family-style polenta dish served directly on the table will also be available to hungry diners. The beverage program will feature well-crafted classic cocktails, wine from rich regions across Italy and international beers.
Grana will be located at 1835 Piedmont Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30324. The Piedmont Heights neighborhood is roughly bordered by Piedmont Avenue to the south, Flagler Avenue to the west and Interstate 85 to the north.
