0.75 oz fresh lemon
0.75 oz homemade strawberry syrup

We Have the Blackstorm Mule:
2 blackberries
2 raspberries
1 strawberry
1 lime wedge
2 pumps of simple syrup
Ice

New York Sour

Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Red wine float

1- In a Shaker add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, ice and shake vigorously.
2- Strain into a old fashioned glass over fresh ice
3- Top with Red wine float

Sunset Snow Cone

45 mL Vodka (Ketel One)

  • 30 mL Apple Juice
  • 15 mL Hpnotiq Liqueur
  • 15 mL Grenadine
  • 15 mL Monin Blueberry Syrup

Process

Add the grenadine to the empty glass.

  • Pack the glass w/ shaved ice.
  • Add the blueberry syrup.
  • Add the vodka.
  • Add the apple juice.
  • Add the Hpnotiq.
  • Gaze. Inhale. Sip. Enjo
