Delbar Brings Middle Eastern Cuisine To Inman Park

As is the case with many Atlanta restaurants, Delbar has put in safety measures and table distancing in response to COVID-19. Free face coverings will be provided if you need one as well as the following safety measures:

  • Curbside Pickup
  • Code Menus
  • Table Distancing

Delbar comes from Iranian owner Fares Kargar, who has drawn upon his rich roots to bring Atlanta some authentic Mideast cuisine.

You may be wondering what “Delbar” means.

“Translating to ‘heart, captured’ in Farsi, Delbar is a love letter to the influential dishes that shaped my youth and the women in my life who instilled in me a deep appreciation for Middle Eastern cooking,” says Kargar.

Francis Coligado, previously of Cooks & Soldiers, is the beverage director at Delbar.
