Do you love hot wings like the rest of America? If so, join the club. Atlanta has a special affinity for “Lemon Pepper Wings,” and there are ample reasons why.

Atlanta is known for its chicken wings scene, with several standout restaurants drawing long lines daily. This article is going to show you where you can get some of the best chicken wings you’ve ever tasted right here in Atlanta, Georgia.

Here Are The Best Chicken Wings In Atlanta

Before we get into who has the best chicken wings in Atlanta, as an avid yardbird lover, it’s necessary that I explain some of the top chicken wing varieties in Atlanta in a little more detail.

Atlanta restaurants have gone way past the simple hot, mild and spicy variety when it comes to chicken wings. These days, you can get jalapeno, Cajun, mesquite wings and more. Here are the top varieties:

    Lemon Pepper

    Lemon Pepper Wings in Atlanta

Lemon Pepper is by far the most popular type of chicken wing in Atlanta. Hey, I don’t make the rules. This is what all the local sports bars serve.

You will usually have a choice between Lemon Pepper Wet or Dry. If it’s Wet, then that means they use Lemon Pepper sauce. If it’s Dry, that means the chicken wings have been dusted in Lemon Pepper seasoning.

    Teriyaki Wings

Teriyaki wings are a favorite in Atlanta

Teriyaki are typically coated with a glaze that gives it its sweet, tangy flavor. You’ll find these types of wings at many dine-in restaurants around Atlanta.

I stated I wanted some good wings and she recommended American Deli on Camp creek rd… At 1st I was skeptical because of my past experience but she assured me it was going to be worth it. We both ordered the Philly with 5pc wings and fries. The cashier was super sweet ..professional .. kind and very helpful. They were pretty busy but She handled the front counter with ease. Assisting everyone with a smile and positive attitude.. customer service is lacking alot these days so she was very refreshing… They Philly was well seasoned and very delicious… the wings were crispy and saucy like I ordered and like it.. they’re in the business of giving fries away because of the way they’re sure to load you up!!! But overall the food was delicious and I will revisit that location when I’m in the area!”

South Fulton Delegation Tours South Korea for Business, Investment Insights

    3 Min Read

A delegation of business leaders and government representatives recently led a week-long economic development tour to South Korea with plans to ignite international investment in Fulton County.

Develop Fulton, a major collaborator behind the overseas initiative, aims to position the county, particularly South Fulton, as the epicenter of unlocked business expansion opportunities in the United States.

Aside from South Fulton, Georgia as a whole has become known as a premier location in the nation for business and economic development.

“Fulton County is the nucleus of smart growth that represents an area uniquely positioned to attract major attention for future business development opportunities,” said Georgia State Senator and Develop Fulton Chairman Brandon Beach. “This mission-driven trip to Korea taps into growing and emerging industries poised to call Fulton County home.”

During the multi-city business development trip from April 20-27, the Fulton delegation engaged in a series of insightful meetings and tours with elected officials and leading business executives across various industries, including logistics, artificial intelligence, biomedical, advanced manufacturing, electric vehicles, and robotics. With a goal to foster strong relationships and showcase the county as a hub for strong business prospects, leaders emphasized Fulton’s strategic positioning, diverse industry landscape, skilled workforce, and exceptional quality of life.

“As ambassadors and economic development evangelists for Fulton County, we remain laser-focused on leveraging every opportunity to highlight the countless ways Fulton remains the gateway for growth in our region,” said Kwanza Hall, Develop Fulton Vice Chairman. “We’re putting a special focus on highlighting the untapped opportunities that abound in South Fulton. By establishing, building, and nurturing these global business relationships, our hope is for these efforts to yield transformative and historic investments across our county and unlock limitless business opportunities.”

Championed by Fulton County Chairman Robb Pitts, the delegation also included College Park City Councilman Joseph Carn, East Point City Councilman Joshua Butler, and Director of Economic Development for the City of Fairburn Sylvia Abernathy. Pitts shared that the trip to Korea marked an opportunity to forge global connections and explore new possibilities, with the goal of collaboratively shaping a prosperous future for Fulton County.

“Fulton County is the catalyst for growth and economic prosperity across this region and the state of Georgia, and it is incumbent upon us to seek new business prospects, domestically and internationally,” said Pitts. “We must remain intentional in our efforts to build on the undeniable momentum that has attracted major corporations and industries to Fulton County. The signing of our joint MOU marks a milestone in this international business effort.”

Only in Atlanta can the casual observer find specialty food shops, off-the-beaten-path restaurants, farmers’ markets and farm stands all at an affordable price point.

But Atlanta also has trendy restaurants, pop-ups and time-tested landmarks that continue to draw big crowds.

Metro Atlanta’s food and drink scene continues to grow with no stops on the horizon. Ready to try something new?
