If you needed a new reason to go to Buckhead for things to do, you’ve got a great one now: Atlas restaurant has created a decadent pastry pop-up as upscale as can be.
The indulgent pastry boutique, situated in the restaurant’s Papillion Room, is called “The Choux Box,” and it centers on the choux, an artfully designed French pastry similar to an éclair. Your Atlanta summer just got a whole lot more decadent.
As if that isn’t fancy enough, Atlas has partnered with luxury goods conglomerate LVMH to make it all happen. Sweet things are made of these!
Atlanta Restaurant Atlas Opens The Choux Box
The Choux Box will offer a range of rotating flavored choux offered in quantities of two, four, eight and twelve. Here is the current menu:
- Red Velvet
- Key Lime
- Vanilla Rocher
- Chocolate
- Raspberry-Rose-Lychee
- Pistachio Orange
- Georgia Peach
- Coffee flavors
When Is The Choux Box Open In Atlanta?
Guests can partake in The Choux Box on Wednesday-Thursday from 5:00-10:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 5:00-11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
To complement the Choux Box experience, guests may also delight in champagne and caviar provided in collaboration with Moët Hennessy. LVMH has also assisted in the temporary redesign of Atlas’ Papillon Room for the concept.
