The Voice Casting Call: Here’s How To Audition

For the audition for The Voice, contestants should prepare to sing one verse and chorus of a single song. You will have 1:30 (one minute thirty seconds) for your audition.

In that time period, producers want you to Introduce yourself, and state which song you’re going to sing, then sing your song. You can use an instrument, such as a guitar, a music track or sing a cappela.

The main thing is no matter what other instrumentation you use, you must be ready to go when you record.
