Saints + Council is set to open on Friday, December 10, 2021, in Atlanta’s Colony Square development.

Brought to us by the CEO of Atlanta’s Cafe Intermezzo William Pitts, Saints + Council has been in the works since 2016, according to a press release.

Saints + Council Opens At Colony Square In Midtown Atlanta

Pitts wants customers to be wowed by Saints + Council’s decor, which will feature stylish living room pods, a fireplace, stately columns and more.

The concept promises to be different from any dining experience you’ve probably had before. Here are some features that Saints + Council will have:

  • No single server: Customers can expect to be helped by several waiters and waitresses throughout their dining experience
  • You also won’t have to leave after an hour of service. They want you to stick around as long as you like!
  • Service will be handled by a team of staffers called “Memory Makers,” which will take care of everything from busing to food running to hosting and more.

What Will Be On The Menu At Saints + Council?

The menu at Saints + Council will be “focused” and “seasonally appropriate,” according to the press release.

Best of all, Saints + Council’s cuisine will center on the “Dutch Baby” (a German egg pancake) culinary strategy, which will be served for breakfast along with pancakes, benedicts and different bowls.

Lunch will consist of a variety of small plates, slow-cooked meats, savory sandwiches, seasonal salads and more Dutch Babies.

Pitts said Colony Square, which is less than a quarter-mile from Cafe Intermezzo, won his heart because he was impressed with what the proprietors were doing with the place.

“I chose Colony Square because the NAP [North American Properties] team is the best at what they do; continuously delivering high-level experiences,” Pitts said in a statement. Throughout my relationship with NAP, I felt like more than just a tenant, rather a true partner and I am grateful to have the opportunity to extend our relationship.”
