Popeyes Brings Back Cajun Rice For A While: Here’s Where To Get It In Atlanta

Popeyes Chicken has brought back its popular Cajun Rice to its stores, including those in Atlanta, Georgia. The popular side order will be sold for a limited time starting Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

Cajun Rice Returns To Popeyes

Cajun Rice, affectionately called “Dirty Rice,” is back on the Popeyes menu in celebration of the company’s 50th year serving customers. Last week, Popeyes rolled out a weeklong 50 cents menu to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its business.

Now, with the limited-time return of Cajun Rice, Popeyes is upping the ante.

Why Did Popeyes Discontinue Cajun Rice?

Cajun Rice on the Popeyes menu was discontinued one year ago as the eatery announced that it was responding to consumer feedback on the dish. At the time, Popeyes said that it would continue to look “for ways to improve” its menu.
