North Fulton has a new restaurant to add to is collective palate: Coalition Food and Beverage opened its doors Tuesday, June 26 in downtown Alpharetta. The eatery is the third from the team that launched Roswell’s Table & Main in 2011 and Osteria Mattone in 2013.

Coalition Food and Beverage is spread across 3,331-square-feet of space and seats approximately 150 diners, including a bar, outdoor dining and private dining.

While not as stiff and contemporary-looking as many of the restaurants you’d see in Midtown, Coalition strives for a more urban aesthetic and community feel.

“We look to bring the vibrancy of the city – the steel, the noise, the action, the constant swirl of things – to the suburbs,” said Ryan Pernice, RO Hospitality founder and owner. “People should feel very far from their backyard grills when they’re here. They should feel like, ‘This is where the action is!’”
