Coffee and taco spot Muchacho is hosting its “Couch Surfer” Pop-Up Series, Vol. 1 with Talat Market from Sunday, September 30 through Thursday, October 4. The nightly dinners will feature a menu of Thai dishes from renowned Chef Parnass Savang alongside specialty cocktails inspired by the cuisine.
The eatery is a great place to hang out and chill, courtesy of founder and restaurateur Michael Lennox. The “Couch Surfer” Pop-Up Series, Vol. 1 with Talat Market at Muchacho will be begin at 6 p.m.

On the menu, guests will find two traditional Thai noodle dishes for $12 each, including Kuaytiaw Reua “Boat Noodles” (Regular or Haeng ei. dry), made with rice noodles, pork broth, pork balls, water spinach, sprouts, chinese celery, cilantro and sawtooth, and Ba Mii Tom Yum Haeng, comprised of spicy, sweet, tart wonton noodles and pork, cilantro, bean sprouts, sawtooth and scallions. Pork Cracklins will also be served for $3. Muchacho will serve specialty cocktails alongside Thai beer, including a boozy riff on Thai iced tea and a frozen beverage with keffir lime, lemongrass and Thai herbs.
