The new coffee shop and bar, which will operate as a franchise, is being brought to us from entrepreneurs Asad Babwari, Aamir Ali and William Chen, who have deep experience with metro Atlanta restaurant brands.
When Is illy Caffé Opening At Atlantic Station?
Illy Caffé is set to open in “early spring 2023,” according to a news release. Atlantic Station had been without a coffee shop proper after Starbucks closed down on the corner of 17th and State streets.
This will be Illy Caffé’s first location in the Southeast as the brand looks to make a further imprint in the United States.
What’s On The Menu at illy Caffé?
The menu at illy Caffé will serve a bevy of premium coffee offerings, many of them sustainably-sourced. In addition to breakfast, lunch and brunch, the coffee shop will offer Aperitivo (pre-meal) menu items, along with cocktails and Italian desserts.
The Atlantic Station location will also give customers an opportunity to order and pick up items at a grab-and-go counter or via full-table service options.
The extensive coffee and espresso menu will offer the following items:
- Hot and iced beverages such as cold brew, latte, cappuccino and more.
- Breakfast menu with items such as croissants and breakfast sandwiches
- Lunch menu with items such as pizza, pastas and European-style sandwiches and salads.
- An early evening Aperitivo menu features Italian-inspired cocktails and light appetizers
- A sweet menu offers fresh baked pastries, croissants, cookies and a gelato bar.
