Of course, the Atlanta restaurant is adhering to all the CDC-recommended guidelines due to coronavirus pandemic, including having Plexiglas between each guests at communal tables.

Gunshow Reopens In Atlanta

Here’s the setup for Gunshow:

  • Customers get eight to 10 dishes for $99 each.
  • Reservations will be spaced out to ensure social distancing.

If you’re not familiar with Gunshow, it’s an acclaimed eatery and one of the best new restaurants in Atlanta.

Gillespie’s has often attributed the name of his restaurant to his Georgia upbringing. His father worked every day of the week and would only take a break occasionally to take his son to a gun show.

Some of the top dishes at Gunshow include:

  • Smoked Duck. Geechie Boy Grits. Crawfish Butter. Creole Jus
  • Tile Fish. Purple Broccoli. Kimchi. Pickled Shiitakes. Scallion Relish
  • Tempura Fried Celery Root. Curry. Radicchio Jam. Cashew Yogurt
  • Crispy Pork. Sauerkraut. Castelvestrano Olives. White Bean

Only in Atlanta can the casual observer find specialty food shops, off-the-beaten-path restaurants, farmers’ markets and farm stands all at an affordable price point.

But Atlanta also has trendy restaurants, pop-ups and time-tested landmarks that continue to draw big crowds.

Metro Atlanta’s food and drink scene continues to grow with no stops on the horizon. Ready to try something new?
