Sage Buckhead is the newest location of the eatery, which has restaurants in both Alpharetta and Dunwoody.

“We opened the first Sage in 1998,” owner James Liakako told The AJC. “I’ve dedicated my entire life to this business. But I enjoy what I do. I don’t even consider it work. I like to entertain guests, and take care of people. I started with my father when I was 14 years old, and I haven’t stopped since.”
