Latin-American fusion restaurant Blue Cantina opened its doors in East Atlanta last week on April 19, 2018.
The eatery has risen anew after its old location near downtown Atlanta was razed after the balcony collapsed in 2017. Because they’re in rebuilding mode, the restaurant is hiring for a number of positions.
The new site at 1242 Glenwood Ave SE is more airy and offers room to grow if that’s necessary. The menu favorites are all there, including the Braised Beef Tacos, TLC Tacos and Latin Fusion Wings.
Here’s what the restaurant says about itself online: “Blending traditional Mexican flavors with a slightly southern twist, BLU Cantina boasts a modern decor to indulge the senses. No matter your seat, you’re guaranteed an epicurean experience of endless measure destined to leave you wanting more.”
