Willie Ziavino & the C.O.T. Band will be on hand Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (EDT) to provide the dancing music and instructions to all those interested.
The event will be held at Eclipse di Luna Miami Circle (Buckhead) 764 Miami Circle Northeast #138 Atlanta, GA 30324.
The live music starts at 7:30 and the lessons start at 8:30 p.m. You don’t have to worry about paying for these instructions. There is free admission, free parking and excellent tapas and drinks.

What do you get when you have one of the hottest rappers coming to Atlanta with comedian and radio host Rickey Smiley and a standing-room only Greek picnic and stepshow? This, that’s what.
This is Atlanta Greek Picnic Weekend, so there will be tons of food, live music and fun. Vendors are needed for the weekend as well. Organizers are expecting to attract over 20,000 attendees.

Now in its 10th consecutive year, the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Mentoring Program kicked off recently with a number of metro Atlanta luminaries giving their support.
Special guests for the event, which ran from June 14 to 17 included educator Steve Perry, singer Anthony Hamilton, David Otunga, Dr. Alex Ellis, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Dr. Kenneth Redcross, NBA Player DeAndre’ Bembry of the Atlanta Hawks and more.

Atlanta rap group Migos have been the hottest names in rap for the past couple years, and it’s no wonder. With star collaborations with major acts like Drake, and most recently, Beyonce, the rappers know how to make a hit.
On June 21, 2018, Migos will receive the ASCAP Vanguard Award at the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards In Los Angeles, California.
The award recognizes the impact of artists that help shape the future of American music. Past ASCAP Vanguard Award honorees include Kendrick Lamar, Beastie Boys, Taio Cruz, Diplo, Janelle Monáe, Santigold, Dua Lipa, St. Vincent, The Arcade Fire, The Strokes, Beck and Bjork.

The new Facebook Watch series “Queen America” casting in Atlanta for assorted roles. The series, which stars Catherine Zeta-Jones, is set to shoot the scenes on Tuesday, June 19 in Atlanta.
Created by Meaghan Oppenheimer (Fear the Walking Dead), “Queen America” is about a pageant coach who finds a young girl who has resisted other people’s worthwhile intentions to mold her into the next Miss America. Zeta-Jones plays Vicki Ellis, the coach tasked with mentoring Samantha Stone.

Longtime music couple Kindred & The Family Soul are swinging through Atlanta this weekend and it’s kind of a special occasion: It’s their 20th wedding anniversary!
They’ll be celebrating The APX at Center Stage on Friday, June 15, 2018. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Seats are going from $25 to $40 for Reserved Seating.
The musical couple, who have four daughters and a son, say the key to their success has been their ability to stay true to their music roots, which fans appreciate.
“We always strive to, for lack of a better phrase, ‘keep it real,’ you know what I mean?” they told Soultracks.com in an interview. “A lot of different people feel where we’re coming from, they understand who we are and what our message is.
