Study: Atlanta Braves Tickets Are The Cheapest In Baseball

Tickets to see the Atlanta Braves play at SunTrust Park are the most affordable out of any MLB team, according to a new study. GoBankingRates.com looked at Major League Baseball stadiums and compared what it costs fans for tickets, food, beverages and parking and the Atlanta Braves tickets came out on top.

Despite being one of the newest stadiums in all of MLB, admission to SunTrust Park came in No. 1in being the least expensive. When you add other expenses such as food, parking, etc, the Braves ballpark came in overall in second place, bested only by Coors Field.

The Braves began play in April in its second season at SunTrust Park after a quarter-century in downtown Atlanta’s Turner Field.

People heading to a Braves game are encouraged to park in Official SunTrust Parking Lots. There are 19 official parking lots operated by the Atlanta Braves that contain 14,000 parking spots. Prices in the lots range from $10 to $18, and parking can be purchased on the Braves website ahead of time.

Other insights from the GoBankingRates.com study showed that it costs nearly $100 to enjoy the amenities at some of MLB’s top ballparks.
