ATLANTA — Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, the Miami-born concept known for star-shaped pies and slow-fermented dough, has opened its third Georgia location at Inman Quarter, expanding a fast-growing Atlanta foothold into one of the city’s busiest dining neighborhoods.
The new restaurant is at 299 N. Highland Ave. NE, Suite S, next to cocktail bar Little Spirit. It occupies a roughly 1,440-square-foot dining room with about 1,000 square feet of patio space, replacing the former Char Korean barbecue.

Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The brand was founded in 2014 by Italian chef Renato Viola, who came to Miami Beach on an O-1 visa granted for extraordinary artistic ability. What began as a hard-to-find South Beach shop has grown into a national chain recognized for thin, naturally fermented crust, imported Italian and local ingredients, and playful specialty pizzas. Mister O1 already operates in Sandy Springs and Buckhead.
“We’re honored to join the Inman Quarter community and bring our artisan approach to a neighborhood that values both quality and creativity,” Viola said. “Inman Park is exactly the kind of place where people come together, and that’s at the heart of everything we do.”
Georgia operations are led by partners Miguel Blatt, Daniel Scala and Brandon Weitz. Blatt previously said the Inman Quarter site fit the company’s focus on neighborhood dining. Dough is made with Italian “00” flour and fermented for 72 to 96 hours. Pizzas come in 8-inch and 13-inch sizes.
Signature items include the Star Luca, a star-shaped pie with ricotta-filled points, tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy Calabrese salami and basil; the Coffee Paolo, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, honey, coffee and spicy salami; and the Mimmo, topped with spicy salami, Italian sausage, honey, basil, ranch and spicy black truffle seasoning. Classics such as cheese and pepperoni remain on the menu, along with calzones, salads, burrata with rosemary focaccia and desserts.
The opening continues Mister O1’s push beyond Florida and Texas into intown Atlanta after suburban and Buckhead debuts in 2025. For Inman Park diners, it adds another high-profile pizza option to a stretch already known for walkable restaurants and patios.
