Pizza Jeans Opening at Citizens Market Food Hall in Buckhead

Pizza Jeans is opening its second location on Sept. 14 at Citizens Market Food Hall at Phipps Plaza. Come through and get $1 giant slices of New York cheese pizza all day.

“The addition of Pizza Jeans, another Atlanta-based restaurant, to our Citizens Market Food Hall of Phipps Plaza roster will resonate with the neighborhood, bringing a new category to our dining selections and further propelling our food hall forward as a community hub,” Lindsey Jones, area director of marketing for Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square, said in a news release. “By incorporating local brands like Pizza Jeans, we’re curating a one-of-a-kind dining experience and celebrating the outstanding flavors that Atlanta has to offer.”
Pizza Jeans first came on the scene as thanks to James Beard-nominated baker Chris Wilkins, who founded the eatery as a pop-up pizzeria. Soon, Gatto and Atlanta restaurateur Billy Streck teamed up to open the pizza shop’s first brick-and-mortar location.
What’s On the Menu at Pizza Jeans?
Pizza Jean’s menu consists of hot slices to whole pies and more. Pizza Jeans’ signature naturally fermented dough, crafted with the highest quality ingredients, sets it apart. The menu features a range of customizable, fast-casual Italian American selections. Highlights include the Mall Slice (giant mall-sized slice of classic cheese pizza with a wide selection of meat, vegetable and cheese toppings), The Classic calzone (oven-baked turnover stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella) and a variety of sandwiches, including the PJ Trio (soppressata, ham, turkey, provolone, pickles and cherry peppers) and the New Yorker (roast beef, Russian dressing, provolone and pickles).
