Lion Babe Performing At The Loft In Midtown Atlanta

Musical act Lion Babe is set to perform in Atlanta on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at The Loft.

The New York-based duo (Jillian Hervey and producer Lucas Goodman) has grown in popularity since their 2012 debut “Treat Me Like a Fire.” Their self-titled EP would come two years later.

Lion Babe is touring in support of their new album “Cosmic Wind,” which explores flavors of soul, funk, disco, and R&B.

Few people know it, but Hervey is the daughter of actress-singer Vanessa Williams and Ramon Hervey II.

Goodman, who attended Northeastern University, met Hervey through a mutual friend and after a dormant period, the two would reunite to create beautiful music together.
