Super Bow Live: Schedule, Concert Footage, Videos, etc.
With the Super Bowl, much has been made about the lack of Atlanta talent on the marquee. Big musical acts like Maroon 5 and Cardi B have been booked for national exposure, but Atlantans are also represented.
Here is the Super Bowl Live lineup: Free concert series produced by Jermaine Dupri
Thanks to some pulling of strings by Atlanta officials, the Super Bowl Committee tapped none other than local So So Def maestro Jermaine Dupri to head musical events for Super Bowl LIve, a week-long concert series.

Dupri, no stranger to these parts, rode shotgun over Atlanta’s musical hey day, giving the world such world renown acts as Kriss-Kross, Xcape and Da Brat.
He also penned #1 hits for the likes of major artists like Usher and Mariah Carey. In 2004, Usher’s “Confessions,” which largely chronicled the love life of Dupri, rocketed to #1 on the charts and sold more than 5 million copies.
Now Jermaine is bringing along a number of Atlanta artists, producers and engineers so that the world can get that authentic ATL sound when they converge on the city in last week in January up to the first weekend in February.
Added to the Super Bowl Live lineup in recent days has been Monica, S.O.S. Band, Craig Campbell and more. They will join the likes of Atlanta artists like Waka Flaka Flame and Goodie Mob. Dupri and his team promised to dig deep into Georgia’s red clay to bring a homegrown feel to the free concert series.
