Alpharetta, GA – New Italian restaurant alert: Local food lovers will soon have a fresh taste of Tuscany right in their backyard. Fiorenza Italian, a new restaurant celebrating authentic Tuscan cuisine and warm Italian hospitality, is scheduled to open this summer in Alpharetta.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Jessi Qilafi, an Alpharetta resident who grew up in Florence, Italy.

New Tuscan-Inspired Restaurant Fiorenza Set to Open in Alpharetta This Summer

With more than 15 years of restaurant experience across Italy, New York City, and metro Atlanta, Qilafi is bringing the flavors and traditions of her hometown to North Fulton.

“In Florence, dining is more than just food. It’s about tradition, family, and creating memories,” Qilafi said. “After more than 15 years working in restaurants across Italy, New York City, and the metro Atlanta area, I’m proud to bring the flavors I grew up with to Alpharetta.”

Fiorenza’s menu is structured around a classic Italian dining progression — starting with antipasti and primi, moving through secondi, contorni, and ending with dolci. Guests can expect authentic Tuscan dishes and fresh, house-made pastas. The restaurant will also feature aperitivo service on the patio, making it ideal for casual happy hours, romantic date nights, family dinners, and special occasions.

The space blends the charm of a neighborhood trattoria with a lively, contemporary atmosphere. It will offer an extensive selection of Italian wines and a modern craft cocktail program. Fiorenza is designed to be elegant yet family-friendly, with nearly 2,500 square feet of event space available for private celebrations and gatherings.

Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Eugene Thompson, a veteran culinary professional with more than 18 years of experience. Thompson has worked in both intimate Italian concepts and high-volume steakhouses across Atlanta, including leadership roles at Oak Steakhouse, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, and Zakia.

Overseeing the beverage program is Jesus Ramirez, a seasoned Atlanta bartender with over a decade in the city’s hospitality scene. Ramirez previously contributed to elevated cocktail programs at Palo Santo, Cooks & Soldiers, and Storico Fresco.

Where Is Fiorenza Italian Located?

Fiorenza Italian will be located at 11500 Webb Bridge Way, Alpharetta, GA 30005, inside Agincourt, a mixed-use neighborhood retail center featuring a balanced mix of restaurants, retail, and service tenants.
