Captain America: Brave New World Filming In Atlanta

With production expected to wrap in midsummer, Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World  continues to film in Atlanta. The movie is a major cog in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s plans for Phase 5.

Here’s what we know about Captain America: Brave New World.

Anthony Mackie will play the lead role, which was alluded to in End Game, the last installment of the Avengers franchise.

The film follows events after Steve Rogers turned down the custom and shield and it is being picked up by Sam Wilson. The term “New World Order” is evidently a reference to the clandestine activities of the Red Skull, who appeared in the Captain America franchise.

Although we don’t know whether Chris Evans will make a cameo in the film, keep reading to see who’s been cast.

When Will Captain America: Brave New World Be Released?

Captain America: Brave New World is set to be released on May 3, 2024, as part of Phase Five of the MCU. Although things can change rapidly and at any time in the MCU, a spring date may well stand for this movie, as it ties into several other MCU projects.
