Super Bowl LIII is expected to bring nearly 2 million people to downtown Atlanta. Along with the big game, there will be big changes in traffic, including road closures and other traffic plans.

Atlanta Super Bowl Road Map, Traffic & More

Atlanta traffic can be bad on a regular day; add one of the largest events in the world and it’s going to be interesting. The good thing is that Mercedes-Benz Stadium is just across the street from the Vine City MARTA station and remains an easy-to-get-to, walkable place accessible to, restaurants, hotels and more.

Super Bowl LIII Road Closures

Road closures around the Super Bowl venue in downtown Atlanta will begin on Monday, January 21 through Friday, February 8. All road closures are subject to change.

Don’t want to drive to the stadium? City officials would love it if you biked to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The city’s ongoing partnership with Atlanta Bicycle Coalition gives visitors and Atlanta residents a bike valet service and 250 bike racks around the venue.
