The Battery Atlanta to Host Free FIFA World Cup Viewings This Summer

ATLANTA, GA – Soccer fans in the Atlanta area have a exciting new option this summer. The Battery Atlanta will serve as a free public viewing venue for select matches of the FIFA World Cup transforming the Plaza Green into a vibrant fan zone for the world’s biggest soccer tournament.

Beginning Thursday, June 11, fans can gather at the Plaza Green to watch key group stage matches live on large screens in a lively, open-air setting. All games will be broadcast in their entirety, with no cost to attend.

“The Battery Atlanta is proud to bring the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 26™ directly to Atlanta fans,” organizers said. “Whether you’re a die-hard supporter or just looking for a great atmosphere, this is the perfect place to cheer on your favorite teams this summer.”
