Belgian Waffles are finally getting their own restaurant! The Press Waffle Co. is bringing a restaurant that serves Belgian Waffles to East Cobb.
At the centerpiece of Press Waffle Co’s menu is the Liège waffle, which is not only a city in Belgium, but refers to the way the waffle is made (from dough rather than batter). It is also caramelized with Belgian pearl sugar.
Despite its name, Press Waffle Co. serves way more than waffles though. You can order any of the following items at the restaurant:
- Authentic Liége style waffles
- Savory waffle creations
- Fully customizable topping bar
- Locally roasted coffee and espresso
- Ice cream and milkshakes
When Is Press Waffles Opening?
Press Waffle’s grand opening is set for Friday, Dec. 15 through 17, 2023. On that Friday, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by the giveaway of 100 “Swag” Bags for those in attendance. All day, you can take advantage of a photo booth where you can tag and post about the event on social media. From 4 to 7 p.m., there will be live Christmas music.
