The completion date for One Phipps Plaza is “late 2022,” according to the developer’s website.

Phipps Plaza Food Hall
One of the biggest pieces of news coming out about One Phipps Plaza is its plans for a 10,000-square-foot food hall. Atlanta has quite a few of them now.
The food hall will be part of the project’s Food/Fitness building. In addition to that, it will also include:
