New Hilton Apartment-Style Brand Opens In Ponce City Market

ATLANTA — Apartment Collection by Hilton, one of the hospitality giant’s newest brands developed in partnership with apartment hospitality operator Placemakr, is now officially open for reservations in Atlanta.

The property, operating as Scout Living PCM | Placemakr Atlanta, Apartments by Hilton, brings flexible, apartment-style accommodations to the heart of Ponce City Market in the historic Old Fourth Ward.

New Hilton Apartment-Style Dwellings Open in Atlanta

The brand is designed for travelers who want more space and freedom than a traditional hotel room, making it ideal for group getaways, family vacations, and extended work or relocation stays.

Guests booking through Hilton’s platform will enjoy full integration with Hilton Honors, earning and redeeming points while receiving the trusted service standards associated with the Hilton name.

Prime Location in One of Atlanta’s Hottest Neighborhoods

Situated inside the vibrant Ponce City Market, Scout Living PCM places guests in the middle of a dynamic mixed-use destination. The area features chef-driven restaurants, local boutiques, entertainment venues, and direct access to the Atlanta BeltLine, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by bike.

“This new concept combines the comfort and convenience of a fully furnished apartment with the reliability and hospitality Hilton guests expect,” a Hilton spokesperson noted in the announcement. “Whether you’re in town for a weekend with friends, a family trip, or an extended project, you can truly stay your way.”

Apartment-Style Amenities with Hotel Perks

Each unit features chef-ready kitchens, spacious separate living areas, and on-site laundry facilities — essentials that make longer stays more comfortable and cost-effective. Guests can prepare meals at home or take advantage of the surrounding dining options at Ponce City Market.

Additional on-site amenities include:

  • A heated rooftop pool with city views
  • Co-working spaces for remote workers and business travelers
  • 24/7 on-site team support

The development reflects a growing demand in Atlanta for hybrid accommodations that bridge the gap between hotels and short-term rentals, particularly in walkable, amenity-rich neighborhoods like the Old Fourth Ward.

Bookings are now available through the Hilton website and app for stays at Scout Living PCM | Placemakr Atlanta, Apartments by Hilton.

For Atlanta locals and visitors alike, the new property offers another upscale option to experience the city’s most connected and lively urban core.
