MomoCon 2024 In Atlanta: Times, Dates, Info

You might not have heard about it, but MomoCon is in Atlanta this weekend. The event, an “all ages” fan convention for American and Japanese anime, gaming, role-playing and more, is one of the fastest growing conventions in the nation.

MomoCon will be held at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW Atlanta, GA 30303.  MomoCon is held annually in the spring. Comics lovers, cosplayers and all nerds in general are welcome.

MomoCon  in Atlanta: Everything you need to know

Momocon starts Friday, May 24, and runs through Monday, May 27. $50 Friday, $60 Saturday, $50 Sunday, $45 Monday, $100 four-day pass, all plus taxes and fees.

General operating hours are from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday to Sunday, with some events running into the evening/all night (dances, music events, the game hall etc.). And the guest list? Take a look at the guest list.

While there will be plenty of activities for adults to get into, there will be lots of kids-content as well, including concerts, panels, events, costumes, tournaments, kids-workshops and more.

Where can you park for MomoCon in Atlanta?

The Georgia World Congress Center has several large, covered, and security-monitored parking decks with overnight options.  Refer to the Downtown Atlanta Parking guide for other options in the area.  If you purchase the 24-hour option, you do not need to also purchase the daily option (it’s included).

First, to find all the good things happening in the city this week, all you have to do is take a look at downtown Atlanta. That’s where some of the best restaurants are as well as where the visitors, namely tourists, are. The Glen Hotel often has something cool going on!
