Mobile Movie Makers Youth Film Festival: Everything you need to know
The event will give students an opportunity to learn from TV stars and to listen to panelists in the entertainment world. On hand will be Tanyelle Waivers (“Keke” on “Queen Sugar”); Grammy Award-winning producer Christopher “Deep” Henderson (Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It”); “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” director Slick 23; YouTube stars De’arra and Ken and more.
“Each of us has an opportunity to focus on a mindset that reflects positivity and greatness,” says filmmaker and author Sahar Simmons, the founder of M3. “Everything starts in the mind, and one must be intentional about their process. That does not take away from the ever-changing challenges in life but the ability to stay laser focused and truly visualize your desires.”
The event is a testament to the growing strength and clout of Georgia’s film and television industries. The M3 film festival has as a goal to provide students with the tools and inspiration they need to pursue jobs in the entertainment industry.
