Mellow Mushroom, the Atlanta-based stone-baked pizza brand with over 160 locations nationwide, is rolling out a menu update featuring a vibrant new lineup of salads and a refreshed beverage program, now available at all locations.
“Our goal wasn’t to reinvent the wheel, but to refine and elevate these categories so our guests can taste the difference immediately,” said Elizabeth Brasch, Vice President of Marketing at Mellow Mushroom. “We’ve enhanced our salads with brighter, more dynamic flavors and introduced a beverage program that perfectly balances familiar favorites with fresh new discoveries. As our guests’ tastes evolve, so do we.”
Mellow Mushroom New Menu: What To Do
As part of its ongoing menu evolution, Mellow Mushroom has reimagined its salad selection with bold, flavor-forward ingredients designed to complement its signature psychedelic pizzas.
In addition to thoughtfully updated versions of classic favorites, the brand is introducing several chef-driven new salads—perfect as a lighter main course or as a fresh side to your favorite pizza.
Guests can add grilled or crispy chicken to any salad for a protein-packed option. To celebrate the launch, Mellow Mushroom is offering free grilled or crispy chicken on any regular salad throughout the month of May, available both in-store and online at all locations.
New & Updated Salads Include:
- Asian Crunch (NEW!) – Cucumbers, tangy peppers, pineapple, crispy onions, wontons, cilantro, lime, shredded romaine & cabbage tossed in a creamy Asian dressing (option to add crispy Thai chili chicken)
- Apple Harvest (NEW!) – Apples, white cheddar, sheep’s milk feta, dried cherries, candied pecans, pepitas & shredded romaine with balsamic vinaigrette
Alongside refreshed classics such as Caesar, Greek, Cobb, and House salads.
