The La Mixteca Tamale House grand opening is set for Thursday, August 7 , 2025 at the new Atlanta location.
“August is the birth month of our late mother, Rosa, and also marks the month we lost her five years ago,” the restaurant posted on social media. “We dedicate this new location in her honor and it is why we’ve chosen August 7th as the date for the Grand Opening of the new and improved La Mixteca Tamale House, a tribute to her legacy. We know she would be incredibly proud.”
