Come join the NAACP Economics Department for the first HER Idea Summit in Atlanta, Georgia! This will be an interactive 2.5 day summit focused on Black female millennial entrepreneurship. Black women are the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs, but too often than not access to capital, business networks, and training act as deterrents.
Over the course of HER Idea, you will hear from millennial entrepreneurs, digital media experts, and venture capitalists about their pathways to success. Upon arrival attendees will select tracks: STEM, Fitness, Soulpreneur (creatives and social media influencers), and Beauty for intimate breakout sessions.

We will also be hosting a pitch competition at the close of the summit. 5 lucky registrants will be pre-selected to pitch their business ideas for a chance to win seed money!
