Construction on Atlanta’s first Smart Home neighborhood is underway. Called the Quarter development, the project
The Georgia Power and PulteGroup development is located in Atlanta’s Upper West Side.
The smart home neighborhood, which will include an assortment of luxury townhomes, will include such features as voice-controlled security, smart lights and cameras.

There will also be energy-efficient features like rooftop solar panels and in-home battery storage.
New partners announced for the development include Vivint, LG Chem, Delta Electronics and ecobee.
With the weather improving, work crews are ramping up on the site. Insulation and sheetrock are going to be installed over the next few weeks.
