If golf is not your thing, they also offer table tennis or ping pong upstairs and pool tables downstairs. The putting area is spacious. Of course it is outdoors, but they offer large heat lamps directly over the seating area. There are two levels to the seating area. The first is a high bar with chairs. The second is a u-shaped outdoor sofa with a center table. All food and drink orders can be placed from your bay. For each game, each player gets 20 chances to “put the ball in the hole”. You can take all 20 swings in a row or rotate players as you’d like. If you aren’t interested in playing any of the game options, you can also dine in or have a round at the bar. Enjoy!”Taco Mac

The good thing about Atlanta is different sports bars are aligned with different teams. (Don’t go to Copeland’s on South Cobb Drive unless you’re an LSU/Saints fan).
If all you want is great food, drinks and a TV, Atlanta has some of the best sports bars in the Southeast, not to mention being a craft beer oasis. You also may want to visit a craft brewery in the city. Here are more articles from AtlantaFi.com:

In the Hapeville, College Park area, the breakfast wars have begun in earnest. A new contender has arisen though: Buttermilk Biscuit.
The eatery, which opened quietly in Virginia Station in November 2023, has made a big impact on the breakfast plans of many a resident in southwest Atlanta, including me.
What’s On the Menu at Buttermilk Biscuit?
The menu has several delicious dishes that will make your morning. Here’s a list of some faves:
- Deviled Egg Breakfast: 5 creamy filled halves with ground chicken sausage, topped with bacon bits.
- Fried Green Tomatoes: Unripe tomatoes battered and fried golden and served with goat cheese. Remoulade sauce on the side.
- Buttermilk Biscuit Trio: Savory Blueberry Lemon Zest, Garlic Cheddar and Buttermilk Biscuit served with your choice of housemade jam and butter.
- Very Berry French Toast: Four slices of brioche toast topped with seasonal berries and powdered sugar. Served with house-made berry compote and maple syrup on the side.
- The Morning Dish Breakfast: Choice of biscuit or toast with two eggs, choice of breakfast potatoes, grits or fruit, and choice of breakfast sausage or bacon. *Optional vegan substitutes.
What To Order at Butttermilk Biscuit
My favorite is The Early Bird, which consists of four crispy chicken wings, served with our famous waffles, powdered sugar, and maple butter.
Where is Buttermilk Biscuit Located?
Buttermilk Biscuit is located at 634 Virginia Ave, Atlanta, GA 30337. Here’s a map to help you find it.
Final Bite
Check out Buttermilk Biscuit for a grand breakfast. You’ll thank me.

Are you in the mood for some orange juice and champagne?
This article will show you some of the best places to get bottomless mimosas in Atlanta.
Why Are Mimosas So Popular?
You may think a concoction with orange juice as its primary ingredient wouldn’t have the magnetic effect it has on the brunch crowd, but mimosas are not your average adult beverage.
Drink lore has it that mimosas became popular a short distance from Ellis Island in New York as European immigrants bought their customs, cultures, and yes, mimosas, to America. The mimosa experience spread up and down the East Coast before branching out west.
Today the tasty drink is a mainstay at brunches across the Western world, including here in Atlanta.
Who Has Bottomless Mimosas In Atlanta?
South City Kitchen
Atlanta Locations:
- 3350 Peachtree Rd NE Suite 175, Atlanta, GA 30326
- 100 Cnn Ctr, Atlanta, GA 30303
- 1144 Crescent Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
- 1675 Cumberland Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30080
Here’s what one reviewer says about South City Kitchen: “My boyfriend and I went here for brunch this Saturday. The food was SPECTACULAR. We had the fried green tomatoes and Chicken with waffles. More importantly the service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Our server, Malcolm, was so lively and made us feel right at home. The manager, Chris, spoke with us frequently, gave us recommendations, and made our experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is the definition of Southern Hospitality. They’ve definitely gained two forever customers. Thank you so much for giving us an experience that’s considered rare in this post-COVID world.”
McCray’s Midtown Tavern
1163 W Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 | (404) 937-6444
Here’s what one patron says about McCray’s: “Our server was awesome. Make sure to ask for Ace! We went on Sunday for brunch. They offer bottomless mimosas for $22. They made sure we got our money’s worth! The food was delicious. We all got a different plate from the brunch menu and loved it. They definitely add something extra to the waffles that make them taste better than normal. The whole table agreed on that. The French toast and the breakfast sandwich were also top tier. The brunch specialty drinks were amazing and our server was top notch about drink recommendations. I will definitely be return soon! Sorry, about the chicken and waffle photo. I started eating my chicken before I took and photo and almost didn’t want to stop for the photo.”
BQE Restaurant And Lounge
262 Edgewood Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 | (404) 996-6159
Here’s what one customer says about BQE: “Great food. I had red velvet chicken and waffles. A friend had catfish and said best in his life. Amani was a great waitress. She had a rule where she wouldn’t leave an empty glass. Definitely true with the bottomless mimosas!”
Red Pepper Taqueria
3135 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA | (404) 869-2773
Here’s what one customer says about Red Pepper Taqueria: “The entire experience was awesome! We ate excellent food! The bottomless mimosas were strong and our server was superb which was reflected in our gratuity!”
Escobar Restaurant & Tapas
327 Peters St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30313 404-941-7907
Here’s what one customer says about Escobar. “This is my third time here and it gets better every time. The first time I visited during brunch (2nd & 3rd pictures). It was a great vibe and I was a little early so I snagged a table for one. Service was awesome, and so were the mimosas and hookah. Second time, I just went out for a night drink, but caught great vibes with random people; we bonded over the music. Finally today; this was the best time I visited. The service was great and so was the chicken and beef gumbo. I brought a friend from out of town and the restaurant perfectly described the vibe of our city, my home.”
Fin & Feathers
360 Edgewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312 | (678) 705-5757
Here’s what a customer says about Fins and Feathers: “This was my first time dining in at Fin and Feathers for brunch. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The vibe was great. The hookah and the DJ was the highlight of the entire afternoon. The bottomless mimosas were good (I recommend the peach mimosas). I ordered my steak medium and it came out well-done so that’s was a bummer. But I had some of the waffle and home fries which were amazing.”
How To Make Mimosas At Home
In case you want to go the DIY route and experience the mimosa powers in the comforts of your own home, it’s quite easy to make one (or three).
Here are the directions:
- 2 parts champagne
- 1 part orange juice
- Mix in a champagne glass (fruit garnish is optional)
Final Sip
Bottomless mimosas. The name itself implies decadent excess. And guess what. You’re down. You’re down for it all. Saturday or Sunday, it doesn’t matter in Atlanta.
Atlanta has a bunch of trendy restaurants, pop-ups and time-tested landmarks that continue to draw big crowds.

The political drama that has gone on for more than a month in a Fulton County courtroom has culminated in a surprise ruling: Judge Scott McAfee issued his ruling early on Friday, March 15, 2024, in which he said that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can remain on the case to prosecute former President Donald Trump for alleged election interference. But there’s a caveat: Her cohort, special prosecutor Nathan Wade must leave the case.
The ruling comes after tense debate among political pundits over the fate of Willis, who admitted to a romantic relationship with the attorney she hired to help prosecute Trump and 19 co-defendants.
In his ruling, McAfee said that “no disqualification of a constitutional officer is necessary when a less drastic and sufficiently remedial option is available.”
He then presented two options: “Either the District Attorney may choose to step aside, along with the whole of her office or Wade can withdraw.”
Update: Wade has chosen to step aside from the case.
As for Wade, he and Willis were grilled by the defense over what has been called an “illicit affair.” Under oath, the two admitted to having a personal relationship, which the defense jumped on to show alleged improprieties.
Critics have countered that with the judge allowing Willis to proceed, it taints the case against Trump and adds an air of subversion.
Final Word
Earlier in the week, McAfee dismissed some counts against Trump in the election interference case.
Willis has inferred that she has had to do her job amid intense pressure on her personal life.
Speaking to a church in January, Willis said that she is far from perfect.
““You cannot expect black women to be perfect. We need to be allowed to stumble. We need grace. We are all sinners,” she said.“We need your prayers, We need to be allowed to stumble. We need grace. With that type of support, we will move mountains and do Jesus’s will — stumbling all of the way!”
We’ll see how the hearing unfolds, but it’s no doubt that Republicans will celebrate if Willis is taken down and Democrats will breathe a sigh of relief if she is found to stay.
Last fall, she wrote a scathing letter to GOP Rep. Jim Jordan in response to his attacks.

Why do you love what you do and what inspired you to do it?
As a Journalist, I’ve learned that everyone has a story! I love what I do because I get to use my creativity to share those stories, provide information to the community and witness historical moments up close. I was inspired to work in communications when I won my first district-wide speech contest at 8-years-old. At that moment, I realized the power of using your voice! When my high school classmates voted me as “Most Likely to Host a Talk Show,” I knew that my future would include lights, camera and action! Finally, What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta?
May I pick two things? Favorite thing about Atlanta #1: The synergy within the creative community.
Favorite thing about Atlanta #2: The Weather! As a Chicago Girl, I love experiencing all four seasons with milder winters here in the ATL!Keiarra McLean
Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Occupation/gig: BloggerWhy do you love what you do and what inspired you to do it?
I run a rising media platform called FLURRY, which seeks to uplift and highlight POC voices in the creative community. We aim to be a safe space for underrepresented voices, to feel supported and beautiful, angry and sad, + every emotion in between. I was inspired by the talented creatives I started to come across the city of Atlanta.
Finally, What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta?
My favorite thing about Atlanta is the creative underground scene. Everyone is their own celebrity in Atlanta, and it is beautiful to see!

Ronnika A. McFall
Hometown: Biloxi, Mississippi
Occupation/gig: Communications and Media Relations SpecialistWhy do you love what you do and what inspired you to do it?
My passion is very basic. My passion is to help someone else, but in my own special way. I help people through innovative campaigns, I help people by guiding them in their messaging and thoughts. I help people by listening and executing that thought.I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have it figured out. If your passion is not figured out, take a step back to notice what you like to do effortlessly. Take away the layers and look at the core thing you enjoy doing. If you like to help people, like me, figure out how you want to help them. I believe if you start there you can begin to develop your path towards success.
Finally, What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta?
The opportunities here. My journey started in Biloxi, Mississippi. I currently live in Atlanta with my husband of three years. I work as a communicator for the American Red Cross and I currently run my public relations agency part-time. I started my career in marketing and communications right out of college, and I noticed very early that Atlanta was a place full of networking and opportunities. I believe character is built in Atlanta. You learn who you really are, the good and the bad. I realized early in my career that personal branding was important, investing in myself was important, and treating my projects the way I would want my projects to be treated is important. My business grew because of word of mouth and because of that, the opportunities are endless.Jessica ‘Jess’ Davis
Hometown: Stone Mountain, GA
Occupation/gig: Owner/Founder of GameHer, Manager of Youth Basketball Operations, Cleveland CavaliersWhen did you first get into gaming and what was your favorite game?I first got into gaming at an early age with the Nintendo System. My favorite game was Mario Kart now probably NBA 2K
Why do you think women are underrepresented in gaming and what inspired you to create GameHer?I think women are underrepresented because the narrative that is out there is that only guys are into gaming, which is not obviously the case. Seeing the lack of women I played growing up, the creation of GameHer was to create a platform that connected women in gaming together, while also providing clothing that allowed them to be proud of their lifestyle.
Why do you love what you do and what inspired you to do it?I’m inspired and love what I do because I’m very passionate about gaming. GameHer allows me to empower other females in gaming and help change the narrative of being such a male dominated industry.
Finally, What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta? The chicken wings. You will not find chicken wings anywhere else like you find in the A. I’ve traveled to many states/countries and I make a conscious effort to eat chicken wings everywhere I go. Nothing compares!Y’all, check out, GameHER!Danielle Coke
Hometown: Atlanta, GA
Occupation/gig: Illustrator/Social Justice AdvocateWhy do you love what you do and what inspired you to do it?
I love creating illustrations about hope and justice because I feel the need for both in the world today. With equity, empathy, and anti-racism taking center stage this past year, it’s become important for me to create art that uplifts these ideals while keeping hope and optimism at the center of it all. It’s helped me to process and express myself, while also creating resources and inspiration for others!
What’s your favorite thing about Atlanta?
My favorite thing about Atlanta would have to be the Beltline. It’s like it never ends- there’s always somewhere new to eat and somewhere different to bike!! I also love getting to grab juice from Lucky Lotus or a donut from Five Daughters Bakery at Ponce City Market.

Interviewers often use this question to gauge whether you’re a long-term fit for the company. They will also see if you’re complacent where you are now.
Say Something like: “I see myself as a productive member of the management team in a role that specifically helps customers.”
3. Why Should We Hire You?
Employers often use the “why should we hire you” question to weed out narcissistic personalities. They also use it to see how confident you are. Strive for a balance rooted in demonstrable facts.
Say Something Like: “I certainly think that if you’re hiring for potential — someone that can increase your company’s bottom line immediately — I am the person for this job. Also, if you look at my history, as noted on my resume, I already have a strong background in what the department specializes in.”
4. Describe Your Worst Mistake?
The job candidate needs to be careful with “describe your flaws” type questions. Employers want you to be truthful, but they’re not interested in deep, dark secrets. Simply describe a time you were challenged at work.
Say Something Like: “We had a sales expectation of $520,000 and we finished well short of that. Looking back on it, I wish I had worked even harder to accomplish our goal. Since then, we have doubled our profit in each of the last two years.”
5. Why Do You Want To Leave Your Current Job?
The “why are you leaving your job” question is a classic setup question to see if you will complain much about your employer. Don’t fall for it.
Say Something Like: “While I enjoyed the last three years at this company, I feel that it’s in my best interest to move on to greater challenges. I feel that this job would fulfill me in that way.”
