Black Girls Lift 2019 is having their kickoff event in Atlanta this weekend with special guest Ernestine Shepherd. The event is happening at Sunday, Jan. 20 at Riverside Epicenter.
will consist of a 1-hour mat-based, body weight work-out with fitness trainer, Ernestine Shepherd, a 1-hour motivational speech, and an option 30-minute photography session with Ernestine Shepherd.

Black Girls LIft 2019 is set to run from Sun, January 20, 2019 to 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM EST at the Riverside Epicenter, which is located at 135 Riverside Pkwy, Austell, GA 30168.
