Delicious Vegan Pancake Recipe:
- 1 tbsp whole ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water ( let it sit 6 to 10 min to for a jelly texture)
- 1 cup oat flour ( gluten free if available)
- 1 scoop organic PB plant based protein @22daysnutrition ( check out my highlights for code )
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 1/4 cup oat milk ( you might need to use extra 2-3 tbsp if the batter gets thick while cooking the waffles)
