Pinky Cole is expanding her plant-based empire north of Atlanta. The entrepreneur and restaurateur recently opened Bar Vegan’s second location in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
The original location is at Ponce City Market in Midtown.
The new Bar Vegan opened on Saturday, July 13, 2024. The restaurant aims to capitalize on the successes of the original location by creating a lively environment, great vegan food, strong drinks and live entertainment.
What to Expect at Bar Vegan
Bar Vegan offers food at the bar, cocktails, beer, hard liquor, and happy hour drinks. They also have a great wine list.
“Bar Vegan’s aim is to create an enjoyable experience for those who want to eat well and enjoy a bit of fun and flare, while still maintaining the vegan lifestyle,” owner Pinky Cole says on its website.
One of the more interesting things about this location is that you can buy art right off the walls.
