DeKalb County is usherin in the carnival spirit for 2019. On Sunday, January 6, 2019, come on out to Bliss Lounge for the Atlanta / DeKalb Carnival Launch Day Fete.
The event, hosted by ACBC Carnival Bands, will be held at 5471 Memorial Dr, Stone Mountain. The official media launch begins at 5 p.m.
The afterparty is from 7 – 10 PM with the sounds of DJ Best.
