Hip-hop artist and producer Anderson .Paak is slated to perform at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta on Feb. 18, 2019. Anderson swings through the ATL on the heels of his new album “Oxnard,” two years removed from his breakthrough LP “Malibu.”

Anderson’s funk-tinged music, rapping and singing all combine to form an original soundtrack to millennial life today. With Dr. Dre as his mentor and maestro, Anderson takes “Oxnard” listeners through the anals of South Central with some heavyweight help from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and others.

With his band The Free Nationals providing the musical accompaniment, Anderson’s set on Feb. 18 will consist of an eclectic mix of hip-hop, R&B and soul.
As a music venue, the Roxy more than holds up its end of the bargain as a must-visit acoustic theater that bounces sound off its hallowed walls as good as any stadium.
